Our client is seeking a 3D Creative Lead to be based at their offices in Bourne End. As 3D Creative Lead you will develop design solutions and creative approaches that translate a client’s brief and execute strategic insights into a full brand experience. With a strong knowledge of creating 3D brand environments in exhibitions, events and experiential the creative lead will work closely with the creative director, account directors and other internal stakeholders to create and oversee the design direction and output of a project. You will lead the creative aspects of a project from initial brief to final execution, working with and managing other members of the creative team, both internal and freelance. The Creative Lead is responsible for ensuring all creative work is aligned with clients’ strategic vision and propose innovative ways of representing this. You will develop an in depth understanding of key clients’ brand and expectations to become a brand guardian, ensuring all creative work is consistent and aligned. As well as initiating and producing design concepts and work you will mentor, inspire and provide direction to the wider creative team. You will keep up-to-date with latest design, innovation and industry trends both at a technical and creative level, advising the creative team, in order to effectively create competitive creative designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop understanding of and context design briefs in terms of clients’ needs, their brand values and personality.
  • Define criteria for creative deliverables and work towards achieving acceptance of deliverables by account team and cli
  • Work with the 3D design team and freelance creatives to ensure all work meets company standards required to both win and produce high quality output.
  • Keep accurate records of work created for reference and to support quality control.
  • Seek out and understand competitor design standards to sustain and elevate the calibre of 3D design standar
  • Attending exhibitions and events to advise company on competitive design, creative ideas and industry trends.
  • Participate in client meetings and internal meetings to effectively present design work, from pitch through to development and deliver Maintain accurate timesheets and records of costs incurred. Review project time and costs against budgets allowed.
  • Develop and keep up-to-date with latest tools/techniques to produce creative work, as well as guiding others.
  • Work with Studio Manager to assist in distributing work to appropriate team members.
  • Organise and plan own work, manage time effectively and maintain focus on strategic projects.
  • Work with the production teams to ensure creativity stays strong through to delivery and discuss alternative approaches if budgets/constraints become restrictive
  • Guiding and mentoring junior members of the creative team; offering creative inspiration and technical development, to produce excellent creative outputs.
