Our client is a fast growing agency based near High Wycombe, they have won awards for one of the best places to work and can offer a unique working environment. The role of the Account Manager is key to the long lasting working relationships they have, ensuring that the work they produce is of the highest quality, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key clients
  • Guiding clients through varied and sometimes complex projects from conception through to final delivery
  • Drafting accurate costings for projects and effectively managing client budgets (ranging from c£10k to c£250k)
  • Managing multiple projects on a day-to-day basis.
  • Building realistic project plans that meet client expectations
  • Acting as ‘go between’ with clients and the design team, ensuring feedback is delivered in a timely and professional manner
  • Proof reading and checking for any of the team to ensure quality standards are met
  • Management of the invoice process for clients
  • Maintain and manage job records and produce internal / external reports such as job status, invoicing forecasts, timing plans and project schedules
  • Provide hands on support to the team in times when everyone needs help to get the job done

  • Proactive in identifying opportunities – spots problems before they arise
  • Attention to detail – scrutinises design work closely to ensure that it is perfect
  • Commercial acumen – understands budgets, costing and the wider financial impact on the business
