We are seeking a bright, dynamic and organised Administrator to work at our clients offices in the beautiful town of Marlow. As an Administrator you will provide first line administration support to the team. Some other duties may also be required including telephone/reception cover, so flexibility is required.


  • Assisting with general office duties such as answering the telephone
  • Filing
  • Deal with day to day correspondence – incoming and outgoing post
  • Data entry and scanning of documents as required
  • Typing when required
  • Copying and mailing out circulars. Completion of certificates of postage where necessary
  • Data entry onto in-house system
  • Dealing with basic creditor/employee queries
  • Basic debt collection
  • Project management of cases and assisting senior members of staff
  • Assisting PA with duties such as timesheets as required
  • Assisting Finance with duties such as raising invoices as required
  • Other adhoc administration tasks as and when required
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager in order to provide support services for all staff


  • Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively whilst being flexible
  • Confident ‘can do’ attitude with good communication skills
  • Professional manner including good interpersonal, telephone and written skills
  • Takes responsibility for work tasks and quality, managing own workload and deadlines
  • Shows enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks as required and in particular in seeing tasks through to completion
  • Builds rapport with team
