Our client is seeking an Appointment Team Leader to work at their modern offices in Marlow. As the Appointment Maker Team Leader you will develop, manage and lead the Appointment Makers Team with direct line management of the team. Improve and maintain the working standards of all team members by organising appropriate training, ensuring correct staffing levels and leading, motivating and coaching a successful outbound telephone lead generation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own diary/CRM system
  • To source and arrange appointments for Business Development Managers and contribute to targets
  • Being responsible for achieving your own period revenue targets and KPIs as well as those of the team
  • Provide strategic leadership through succession planning, coaching and developing their regional team to ensure future growth is managed effectively across the team
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve their individual and team targets
  • Ensure all team members have Personal Development Plans linked to departmental plans and 1-1 reviews are conducted monthly. Provide training and feedback as appropriate
  • Manage internal and external customer expectations, escalating where necessary. Take ownership for issues and manage a timely resolution
  • Lead by example, actively generating new sales as well as developing existing customer business
  • Day to day management of team around the job behaviour – timekeeping, attendance, approach and motivation
  • To accurately forecast monthly revenue to meet annual targets
  • To develop an ongoing opportunity pipeline of sufficient scale to meet annual revenue targets
  • Using your sales skills to include: prospecting; telemarketing; telesales; data cleansing; profiling and securing appointments
