£17,000 - £20,000 OTE £25,000
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to work for our client who is based in Marlow. The Business Development Executive will provide an internal resource to prospect for new clients, qualify and develop in-coming leads, book appointments for consultants and work with the geographical field sales regions to increase the client base, and revenue generated from them.

Responsibilities:

  • To proactively identify and source new prospects
  • To create structured campaigns within the team via sectors and geographical location
  • To follow up campaign emails with phone calls into the organisation, establishing appropriate contacts and generating interest
  • Identify prospect requirements & establish appropriate solution
  • To see prospects through to a sale via the most appropriate means
  • To proactively monitor all incoming leads and qualify
  • To proactively call all clients that are considered to be inactive in order to regenerate interest.
  • To maintain and develop new and existing accounts for a short term period in readiness to pass over to consultants
  • Database Management – to check and update company & contact details
  • To accurately forecast monthly revenue to meet annual targets
  • To develop an ongoing opportunity pipeline of sufficient scale to meet annual revenue targets

Skills:

  • Customer service experience within a customer relationship or account management role
  • Experience within a busy commercial environment
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Self-awareness & ability to adapt to different profiles & levels of experience
