We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to work for a global multi million-dollar company based in Maidenhead. The Customer Service Executive will provide excellent support to all our Franchise Partners based throughout the UK and Ireland. Our Franchise Partners, of which there are now over 28,000 in the UK, are in effect the sales team, our role is to support them in their daily routines and assist them in growing their businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering high level Franchise Partner queries via telephone and email
  • Offering an effective ‘business to business’ support
  • Forming close business relationships with Franchise Partners and acting as a main point of contact
  • Running reports and analysing statistics
  • Maintain Franchise Partner records by updating information

  • Good communication skills (Phone, emails and face to face)
