In this position you will be responsible for supporting the HR Advisors with the administration of the recruitment process, this will include organising the interview logistics, liaising with the candidates and managing all appointments.
You will also be responsible for managing the probation assessment process in conjunction with the line managers, ensure the probation requirements have been met and or arranging extensions/dismissals.
You will ensure that our client is fully up to date with the latest employment regulations and any amendments are implemented into the company.
Our client is currently bringing in a number of its HR function back in-house so with that in mind there will be a lot of scope for the successful individual to be involved in more areas of the HR function as this continues.
To be considered for this position you will have an HR qualification at CPP level and degree educated. You will have previous experience within an HR department and have excellent time management skills to ensure that you keep on top of all that is going on. You will have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of sticking to agreed budgets and time lines.
