We are currently working with a leading communications provider, who is looking to employ an Internal Account Manager to join their very successful team based in Henley on Thames.

This role will report into the Head of Channel and be working closely with both the Business Development Managers. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the large corporate Business Partners that our client works with. In this position, you will be finalising and closing the quotes for the new business that the Business Development Managers have brought in. You will ensure that the final sign up is confirmed by the end client and any issues or queries are dealt with professionally.

You will also be responsible for processing any new sales requests and ensuring that all Channel Partners are up to date with any new products and services that my client has to offer. This is a fast paced environment where you will be dealing with large well-known clients so your communication skills and attention to detail is essential.

To be considered for this position you will come from a sales administration background and have worked for a telecoms, IT or technology background where you have been responsible for the sign up of new clients. You will have 2 – 3 years’ experience within this type of position. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to prioritise your workloads.
