Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with business suppliers – keeping office supplies up to date
  • Dealing with office suppliers – cleaners, water and kitchen supplies, etc.
  • Work with suppliers to solve office problems – lighting, power testing, broadband, security, etc
  • Managing subscriptions – adding/removing staff as team changes occur; checking annual renewals
  • Helping on-board new staff – order their computer, set up desks, order business cards, etc.
  • Organise company events & activities
  • Sending out Christmas gifts to clients
  • Managing post, shipping, couriers
  • Liaising with HR to help with staff
