This role will work closely with both the Operations Manager and the Sales Manager ensuring that all the correct documentation and details are up to date on the company database for the various contracts that our client has across the globe. You will ensure that any outstanding debts are chased up, and that all enquiring made to our client through email and phone are dealt with in the correct manor. You will also be involved in various other project within the company as and when it is required.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have previous experience within an administration/operational role. You will have excellent organizational skill with a strong knowledge of Microsoft packages. You will be an excellent communicator with great attention to detail. You should also be someone who can work well within a dynamic team and have the passion to learn and take on new challenges.
