We are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic and resourceful Receptionist to work at our client’s modern offices in Uxbridge. This is a pivotal role within the business and will expose you to all areas, gaining valuable experience.   • Answering queries from clients and staff over the phone and face to face, delivering exceptional levels of service at all times
  • To be the first point of contact for all visitors (meet and greet)
  • Monitor and control the door entry system
  • Manage the intranet inboxes and address relevant emails to appropriate contacts
  • Log and incoming sales leads and technical support enquiries
  • Assist with hospitality arrangements such as flight/ train bookings, accommodation and transfers
  • Ensuring visitors and employees comply with Health and Safety regulations including fire procedures
  • Maintain general systems for the company such as the health and safety register, holiday/ absence tracking system
  • Maintain the presentation of the reception area ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times
  • Assisting the Office manager with ad- hoc tasks
  • Process any incoming/ outgoing mail, parcels and deliveries
  • Log any incoming sales leads and technical support queries
  • Ordering and monitoring office supplies


  • A good level of experience within a similar role
  • Excellent written communication skills as well as face to face and over the phone
  • Polite and professional at all times, able to liaise with individuals at all levels
  • Well presented and take pride in your appearance
  • Able to use own initiative, multi task and prioritize with a flexible approach
  • Strong IT skills competent in MS office
  • Excellent attention to detail
