Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to work at their beautiful offices in Maidenhead. You will be an experienced Administrator, and able to work in a pressurised environment. You will thrive in a team but happy to work on your own and work to deadlines. Please note that no recruitment administration experience is necessary.


  • Sourcing and screening applicants
  • Completing interviews for successful applicants
  • Performing background checks and checks of all staff
  • Providing administrative support for the recruitment process
  • Administration of Payroll
  • Working closely with a recruitment agency supplying administrative staff


  • Excellent communication skills and proficient in English language
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in high pressured environment
