We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to work at our clients offices in Maidenhead. The purpose of the role is to offer administrative sales support to the International Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment and will have previous administrative experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staff have all the marketing materials and support required to promote our business
  • To process and maintain an accurate record of related bookings and manage the related invoicing
  • To work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure all bookings are kept up to date and colleagues of other departments are informed of changes
  • To produce Invitations, confirmation Letters and any other supporting documentation
  • To maintain an update record of all correspondence
  • To assist with the preparations of sales data for regular Sales Meetings – attendance and minute taking as required.
  • To assist with general office administration in the receptionist’s absence. Includes answering the phones, welcoming visitors, franking mail and collecting post.
  • Complete Ad-Hoc projects set by the International Sales team or Commercial Director
