Our clients are an organisation that specialise in marketing within the Healthcare industry so in order to succeed you will ideally need to have prior knowledge of working within this area or have worked within an agency that has dealt with clients from highly regulated industries. This position will work alongside the Account Managers and Directors and will support them in servicing the various clients. You will be responsible for a lot of the administrational and organisational tasks and ensure that all project reports and key information is communicated to the various departments and clients. You will also work closely with the accounts department to ensure that client billing is accurate.
To be considered for this role you will have excellent organisational, planning and administration skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workloads. You will have a basic understanding of finances with the ability to understand of invoicing procedures. You will need to demonstrate the willingness to assume responsibility for projects and have excellent communication and verbal skills.
